Des Moines Power Sculpt Teacher Training

Power Life’s Power Sculpt Teacher Training is a great program for anyone who wants to deepen an existing practice or who desires to learn how to lead a Sculpt class. Our team will lead you through the components of this intense but easy to-follow yoga program. Students will learn how to build a yoga sequence with weights, strength training principles, anatomy, creative sequencing, theming and safety.

Program Length: October 9 – November 15

• Mondays from 6:00p – 10:00p at West Glen
• Wednesdays 6:30-10:00pm at Waukee

Investment: $850

• $425 non-refundable deposit required
• Payment plans available for remaining balance
• Unlimited classes during training
