Meditation is an excellent addition to a yoga practice. As one uses asana to strengthen and purify the physical body, one must explore meditation as a means to strengthen the neutral observer and cultivate a clarity of mind. Come learn, explore, experience and grow!

- Power + Meditation classes: Join us for a 45-minute Power 1, 1.5, or 2 followed directly by a 15-minute guided meditation.
- Guided Meditation classes: Want to try meditation but unsure where to begin? Join us for these 30-minute classes that includes an introduction to meditation as well as a guided meditation. This class is for anyone, including those brand-new to meditation and experienced practitioners.
