Our suspension policy allows you to freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 4 months one time per year. It’s a great option to choose if life happens and you need a little break. Unlike a cancellation, suspending your membership allows you to keep your current price. Please share with us below why you need to suspend, as well as a start & stop date.*

Please know that should you decide to cancel while your account is suspended, a 30-day cancellation notice is still required. Your payment will be withdrawn one more time before the cancellation is effective.*
