Every instructor at Power life spends countless hours creating fun, safe, challenging classes. But the extra element, the component that injects personality, the thing that makes a good class a great class, is an awesome playlist! In my opinion, the highest praise that you can pay a fitness instructor is complimenting their class playlist.
I reached out to the full time team at Power Life to help me put together a Power Life Summer Playlist. Below you’ll find the song selections and why they love them from your favorite Power Life Studio Leads, Operations Team, Programs Managers, Marketing Team, Our Owner, and More! Take a look or head on over to the playlist here to get your summer jam sesh going!

So, I’m a little bit biased just because my daughter, Taylor Grace is a teacher at PowerLife and her playlists always tie in with her theme for class. Just the other day she was talking about being in the moment and her savasana song had the words ‘in the moment.’ Thanks to the instructors (Taylor G. 🥰) at PowerLife for reminding us to come to our mats and power on!
